This LO uses two techniques - cutting and weaving!  The beautiful Scarlett's Letter Basic Grey papers DESIRE and PEARL are such a gorgeous colour palette and with the heavy patterning just cried out to be cut!!  Once each side of the 12x12 paper was cut out by hand, each was then cut into strips 1" and 3/4" wide and woven.  The photo is mounted onto Bazzill Bling with a felt buckle threaded with two shades of velvet ribbon.  The 'Completely Loved' circle is from Autumn Leaves and the title is cut from a Quickutz alphabet.  In real life this LO is stunning!!
