This is the latest LO I designed and taught at the ArtCards Somerset Crop in January 2008 which was hugely popular.

I used the Bazzill In Stitchz White Scallop Cardstock and combined that with Juneberry Bazzill, the gorgeous Prima 'Marche de Fleur' paper and SEI Cotton Candy.  Each of the layers uses a different shaped scissor all on the scallop theme to add interest.  With the off cuts of Marche de Fleur I created a journal tag and pocket which was decorated with faux stitching, Prima Flowers and Brads.  My title was cut using the Azure alphabet set from the off cuts of the SEI paper.  The addition of some gorgeous ribbon, large bloom and button finish off this stunning LO.
