ORDERING & PAYMENT (UK) There is now NO minimum order value required - You may order as little as you wish subject only to our minimum postage & packing charges shown below. To place an order please click "Add to Cart" for each item you wish to purchase. You will then be offered the option to Continue Shopping or to proceed to Checkout. If you select Continue Shopping, you will be returned to the page you were previously on and you can then select other items from that page or select another category. Any items you have purchased are placed into a Shopping Cart where you can change quantities or remove items before proceeding to Checkout. You can check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" button. When your order is complete and you are happy, please proceed to checkout where you will be asked to enter your contact details and select your preferred method of payment (A description of our available payment options are given below). NB: If you are not a UK resident you cannot use any method other than PayPal. If you wish to pay with your Credit or Debit Card, we currently offer two options to our UK residents: NOCHEX Email Money (No Account required and totally free to send money). Nochex offer a secure payment facility to which you will be directed automatically from our Shopping Cart (For use only with cards issued by UK Banks - for cards issued by non-UK Banks then you will need to use PayPal) . Please be assured that NOCHEX uses the latest level of internet security and we at ArtCards are not aware of any of your card details, only that you have made payment for your order. Payment via this method is safe, secure and quick and orders are prioritised for processing & shipping. All orders placed receive an immediate email confirmation which shows your unique order number. PAYPAL (account NOT required). If you already have an account with PayPal, you will be automatically directed to their secure site from our Shopping Cart and will need to login as usual to complete your payment. If you do not currently have an account with them, you can still make payment using their secure servers and you will be automatically taken to their website to complete your checkout. Please be assured that the PayPal servers work on the highest level of internet security, and, as with Nochex, we at ArtCards are not aware of any of your card details, only that you have made payment for your website order. As this method also provides immediate secure payment for your order, it will enable priority processing and shipment. All orders placed receive an immediate email confirmation which shows your unique order number. If you choose Personal Cheque (only available for Orders over £5 excluding p&p) as the payment method, you will need to ensure that we receive the cheque no later than 5 days after date of order with your valid cheque card number, expiry date and address clearly noted on the reverse of the cheque. If cheques are received after 5 days we cannot guarantee the items ordered will still be available. Please add a copy of the order confirmation email with your cheque to ensure correct processing of your order. Orders will only be despatched after your cheque has cleared which can take up to 5 working days. If you choose Postal Order as the payment method, you will need to ensure that we receive the postal order no later than 5 days after date of order. If postal orders are received after 5 days we cannot guarantee the items ordered will still be available. Please add a copy of the order confirmation email with your payment to ensure correct processing of your order. We aim to ship all in stock items ordered within 3 working days of clearance of your payment. We will always notify you if any of your items are out of stock. ORDERING & PAYMENT (OUTSIDE UK) Ordering process is the same as for UK, however, we currently only accept payment in sterling via PayPal through the online shopping cart for our International Customers. All orders must be pre-paid. DELIVERY Our UK delivery charges are as follows: Following the decision by Royal Mail to move to a weight & size based system, we have decided to move to a fairer weight based system of postage & packing costs. At the same time we have removed the minimum order value to give you more choice and we hope you will welcome this decision. You will be surprised at how much can be ordered for the minimum shipping cost - e.g. if you are a brad or eyelet lover you can purchase around 25-30 packets for the standard shipping cost.
***We reserve the right to ship orders that qualify for FREE shipping via any method of our choosing. When we offer a FREE SHIPPING special, No other offers or discount codes can be used in conjunction with the Free Shipping. Please remember that we reserve the right to ship your Free Shipping package by any method of our choosing. Our European delivery charges are as follows: On European orders there is a maximum weight of 2kg per package, and although our shopping cart will calculate shipping costs for heavier orders, it may be necessary for price adjustments to be made to enable shipping in packages of 2kg - we will contact you if this is the case on your order. Please be assured that we will always seek to fulfill your order without changes wherever possible.

Shipping costs around the world vary considerably dependent upon not only your location but also the weight of your package and we will always do our very best to source the most cost effective method of shipping, but there may be occasions when it is necessary for us to contact you to discuss shipping arrangements. If you have any questions regarding any of our shipping rates please contact us via the FEEDBACK FORM and we will reply ASAP. All orders are shipped First Class Post and a certificate of posting is retained. Unfortunately, unless you purchase the additional Recorded Delivery (UK only) insurance at the time of ordering, we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes by Royal Mail. RETURNS POLICY All goods are quality checked before dispatch and are packaged securely. In the unlikely event of a shipment arriving damaged, please contact us for information and authorisation for return. Any returns must be sent Recorded Delivery and will only be replaced on a like for like basis. Please note that our Returns Policy is only valid for 21 days after receipt of the order. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. We will keep you notified of new products and special offers by email. If you do not wish to receive such emails please let us know and we will remove you from the mailing list. Please be advised that we never pass your details to any other party.
